Durgadevi takes the toys she had bought for Roshni's baby to throw it away but Nani stops her. She says that if not today, Roshni would certainly give birth to a child in the future. Durgadevi replies to Nani that it is not possible as the doctor had said that Roshni can never become a mother again. Bua Dadi shares the news with Raj and Simran and asks them to find someone new for Siddharth. Siddharth overhears this conversation and tells that death is the only thing that would separate him from Roshni.

Siddharth confronts both his and Roshni's family as he has brought Aisha along. He asks Roshni that after what they have gone through and after losing their unborn child, will she accept to adopt Aisha and have a new beginning in their lives. Hearing this, both the families are shocked but Raj approves Siddharth's decision while Durgadevi is not in support. Siddharth forces Roshni to say yes but Roshni declares that she cannot do this. Later, Bua Dadi expresses her anger claiming as to how Siddharth could adopt a child. Kritika then speaks up saying she too is an adopted child and she receives the same love from her family. Will Roshni decide to adopt Aisha?
