Let Talk Sports || Luis Enrique To Leave Barcelona At The End Of The Season

Barcelona boos, Luis Enrique made an unexpected announcement after the 6-1 La Liga win over Sporting Gijon at the Nou Camp.

Luis Enrique announced he will leave as Barcelona boss at the end of the season

Enrique said he need a rest and it's an opportunity for another person to assume control .

The 46-year-old assumed control as Barcelona coach in the summer of 2014 and has driven the Catalan to a domestic double over the last two seasons.

Enrique played for Barcelona for eight seasons before he resigned in 2004. He managed Barcelona B in the in 2008 to 2011 and after that went ahead to coach Roma and Celta Vigo before moving back to the Nou Camp in 2014.

Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino and Everton boss Ronald Koeman are among the top choices to replace Enrique together with Jorge Sampaoli.
