Roshni is sitting dazed after Siddharth divorces her. Roshni stops a leaving Siddharth and asks him not divorce her. Siddharth tells Roshni that whatever he is doing is for the welfare of both of them. At the same time Durgadevi reaches the place and tells Roshni that she has won the case and has back her property and b usiness. Durgadevi feels suspicious about Siddharth and Roshni's attitude and questions them with respect to what they are worried about. Siddhath leaves the place without speaking and Roshni tells her mom that Siddharth has divorced her.

Durgadevi's family are at Siddharth's home and Siddharth's family is twisting up their accessories. Simran spots Durgadevi and tells her that they are not taking anything that belongs to her. Simran calls Siddharth and lets him know that they ought to leave now. Biji, who spots Siddharth, asks him with respect to whether he has chosen to divorce Roshni. Siddharth answers that once a decision is taken it doesn't bodes well to discuss it. The Khurana family then leave the house and while leaving he confronts Roshni and her mom.
