Vidya's miscarriage Creates devastation in Aditya and Vidya's marriage. Vidya tells Aditya that she sacrificed everything to end up distinctly Antara's mom however she doesn't see the pain of losing their own child in Aditya's eyes. Vidya tells Aditya that he is just their child's nurderer for her. In the interim, Aditya's financial condition goes from awful to more awful. Antara's treatments are discontinued and Abhishek is not permitted to enter the school since Aditya can't pay their fees. As things begin looking grim, Aditya begins kosing his faith in God. He feels that a legitimate life did not give him any satisfaction and chooses to forego his morals for his family.

Aditya makes Antara undergo treatment from Dr. Vikram and speech treatment sessions from Dr. Mehta. As days cruise by, Antara is confused concerning why Vidya is acting rudely with her. Antara's friends realize that she is tragic and try to cheer her up. Following a couple of years, Aditya asks a grown up Antara to help him in bringing back smile on Vidya's face.
